I cannot believe its February and it is suddenly raining in a city like Dubai! So yes we get the picture of how serious global warming has began. I remember Dubai used to be like a desert (not that it is not now!) , but you could witness rain maybe for a day or two , once in a year making you feel like a camel in the desert.
